Thermo Complex

Manufacturer of high-performance perlite plasters and heat-insulating screeds for modern construction. Our products simplify traditional multi-layer systems by combining thermal insulation, protection, and finishing in a single application, reducing installation time by up to 60%.

Thermo Complex was founded to address one of the most pressing challenges in modern construction — providing reliable thermal and sound insulation without complex multilayer systems.

The company’s flagship products include Gypsum Perlite Plaster, Warm Floor Screeding, and Universal Facade Plaster Thermowall. Thanks to the unique physical properties of expanded perlite, these products combine effective thermal insulation, protection, and high-quality finishing in a single solution, meeting the requirements of modern construction.

Our Products

Gypsum Perlite Plaster is a perlite-based material designed for thermal and sound insulation of interior walls and ceilings.

The material combines the functions of a plaster and thermal insulation layer in a single application, providing an effective alternative to traditional multilayer insulation systems.

Gypsum Perlite Plaster forms a strong, vapor-permeable insulating layer, reducing material consumption and installation time while also decreasing the overall thickness of the wall assembly. A 30 mm thick layer of Gypsum Perlite Plaster provides thermal insulation performance approximately equivalent to 80 mm of mineral wool, delivering effective insulation with a thinner wall construction.

Warm Floor Screeding is a versatile thermal-insulating floor screed based on high-quality expanded perlite and specially developed binding components by Thermo Complex. It is designed for flooring applications in residential and commercial buildings.

By combining the functions of a screed, thermal insulation, and sound insulation in a single material, Warm Floor Screeding reduces the number of materials and installation stages required compared with traditional floor systems. This eliminates the need for separate insulation boards beneath tiles or parquet flooring, simplifying installation and reducing the overall floor assembly thickness by an average of 45 mm.

Universal Facade Plaster Thermowall is a versatile construction material for exterior wall finishing. It combines thermal and sound insulation properties with moisture resistance and fire protection, providing both functional building protection and decorative facade finishing.

This unique plaster can be used as a pigmented decorative finishing plaster with textures such as “bark beetle,” “marble,” “rain,” and other decorative finishes.

18 Advantages — One Solution

01. Decorative Finishing

The material can simultaneously serve as both a construction and finishing layer, creating a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface without the need for additional materials.

02. High Sound Insulation

Reduces noise levels by up to 72 dB, providing effective sound insulation and sound absorption while helping create a more comfortable and quieter indoor environment.

03. High Thermal Insulation

A 2 cm thick layer provides thermal insulation performance approximately equivalent to 10 cm of mineral wool, enabling effective heat retention with a thinner construction.

04. Moisture Resistance

The material is resistant to moisture and helps protect the structure from its adverse effects while maintaining its performance characteristics.

05. Fire Resistance

Perlite is a non-combustible mineral material. Thermo Complex provides protection for structures against temperatures of up to 1,260 °C.

06. Frost Resistance

The material maintains its performance properties under extremely low temperatures — down to −200 °C — providing structural stability in severe climatic conditions.

07. Resistance to Temperature Fluctuations

The material is resistant to sudden temperature changes and environmental exposure, maintaining stable performance characteristics across a wide range of climatic conditions.

08. Environmentally Friendly

At the core of Thermo Complex is perlite, a naturally occurring material of volcanic origin with unique physical properties. The material does not contain components that have a negative impact on the environment when properly used.

09. Energy Efficiency

Effective thermal insulation helps reduce heat loss from buildings, lower energy consumption for heating and cooling, and improve overall building energy efficiency — by up to 40%.

10. Vapor Permeability

The vapor-permeable structure of the material promotes natural moisture exchange within the construction, allowing walls to “breathe” and helping maintain a comfortable indoor microclimate.

11. Air Permeability

The structure of the material enables natural air exchange and contributes to maintaining an optimal moisture balance within the construction.

12. Resistance to Fungus and Mold

The mineral composition and properties of the material inhibit the growth of fungus and mold when construction and operating requirements are properly observed.

13. Rodent Resistance

The mineral composition of the material does not provide a favorable environment for rodents, offering additional protection for the insulation layer.

14. Durability

Stable physical properties ensure a long service life and the continued functionality of the insulation layer for many years.

15. UV Resistance

The material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, helping preserve its performance and aesthetic characteristics under prolonged exposure to sunlight.

16. Resistance to Atmospheric Exposure

The surface of the material is resistant to environmental exposure and does not retain pronounced traces of dust or rain, helping maintain a clean and well-kept appearance.

17. Seismic Resistance

The material is suitable for use in structures exposed to dynamic and seismic loads, providing additional system stability when project requirements are properly observed.

18. Cost Efficiency — Everything in One Layer

Combining thermal insulation, sound insulation, moisture and fire protection, as well as finishing functions in a single material reduces the number of materials and construction operations required. This lowers labor costs, accelerates installation, and makes the overall construction more economical.
